the tiny sliver of a fragment’s non-importance

In bed at night. Blue says:

“You are this limitless space who has this tiny Universe within it. Inside the Universe, there seems to be fragments. And there seems to be “interesting fragments”, and one of them you call you. And You have so forgotten who you are, that you have placed your knowingness of “you-ness” into these tiny slivers of fragments that you call self. You play your dramas out down there – and you think it is important what you play. You don’t realize that “you” is an idea of fragmentation in the mind – and that you can stop dreaming.”

In this moment, I let go of believing in the seriousness of being a me. The pain lessens.
